What is it?

I got a red bumpy rash on my belly that itches. It isn't too bad and doesn't itch ALL the time but still annoying. I thought it was PUPPS but according to FF and a few googled websites you don't get it until the third trimester.

Dr. appt

14 weeks, 2 days

All is well with the Dr. She didn't do an ultrasound today, just the fetal monitor. It took about 2 secs to find the baby. Bpm 160. The amnio is set for two weeks so I will see the baby then on U/S.

I'm happy. Another hurdle won. yea!

New Pic - 12 weeks 4 days

In other news that I'm not very proud of....I had a little accident last night. While getting up to pee in the middle of the night, I stepped on Sonny, he yelped, I got startled and stubbed my pinky toe on the elliptical. Needless to say, I broke it. I know, nice. You can't cast a broken toe, only tape two toes together to immobilize it. So now I really am starting to look like Fred Flintsone!

This is one of the reasons I didn't want to move back...

So far it's a tropical storm (Edouard) but we're told that massive rain and wind are coming our way...Ughhh

Got my Doppler today...

and it's a godsend. At first I didn't hear anything and I started to sweat. I went online and Googled the brand and some tips and when I tried again, within 3 seconds...I heard that glorious sound.

Today I am 12 weeks and officially in the 2nd trimester. The rate of miscarriage goes down to 5% which is much better than 30 (with recurrent m/c).

So nice to have piece of mind for a change.
