To the Emergency Room

UPDATE:

I need to see a specialist in about 5 days...according to the diagnosis I got (I didn't read it til this morning) that I tore some ligaments. If It doesn't heal properly with rest, then I have to get aMRI (regular Xray doesn't show everything).

For now, I'm hobbling around (with a walker) and iceing it as much as possible...Its purple and swollen all the way down my shin. If I get the gumption I will post pics...you can't even believe how bad it is. Again, stupid me.

Well, I am a total idiot. I was hanging curtains and I couldn't reach...so I decided to stand on a bookcase. I fell onto my treadmill and screamed bloody murder. Kelly called 911 and the ambulance came. 3 hours later, at the ER and several xrays later...the doctors determined that there were no breaks or fractures...just badly sprained. One leg brace and a set of crutches later...I am hobbling along and in immense pain. Doctor said it should take 2 weeks to totally get back to normal.

I hope I didn't screw up the IUI ! Like I said, Im a total idiot.

Oh WOW! Ouch! I'm with Jamie! You don't live alone anymore so let him do the semi-dangerous/ dangerous stuff. Now, go take a painkiller and prop up your leg!!!
